Refund policy

How to return?

Please contact sales@auteldealer.com for a return request. You may apply for a refund within 30 days from the date you receive the product. The return period begins on the delivery date, so your return window will not be affected by shipping time. Detailed terms are as follows:

1. Full Refund

(a) Product quality issues or not meeting expectations

If the item you receive has a quality issue, including defects in hardware, software, or accessories, you may return it for a full refund. If the product does not meet your expectations, you may also request a return and receive a full refund.

(b) Incorrect item received

If we send you the wrong item, we will issue a full refund and cover the return shipping costs. After returning the item, please provide the tracking number so we can process your refund promptly.

(c) Item out of stock

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like a replacement, wait for restocking, or request a refund. If you choose to cancel, a full refund will be issued. For orders with multiple items, we will ship available items and refund any unavailable items in full.

(d) Item not received

If your package is lost during transit, we will verify the situation with the courier. Once confirmed, we will offer either a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund, depending on your preference.

We provide tracking information for all shipments. If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

Note:

If the return is due to customer reasons (such as personal preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error (such as incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs.

2. Partial Refund

(a) Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If the shipping address or contact information provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in delivery failure, misdelivery, or return of the package, a full refund may not be issued.

If the package is successfully returned to us, a partial refund may be issued after deducting the original shipping and return shipping costs.

(b) Refusal to pay customs duties

In some cases, products may be shipped from our international warehouses (such as Hong Kong), and import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. We will inform you in advance if such charges are expected.

If you agree to the shipment and later refuse to pay the applicable customs duties, resulting in the package being returned or destroyed, a refund may not be issued, or only a partial refund may be provided after deducting shipping and handling costs.

Return Address

Please contact us before returning any item to obtain return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Conditions: Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.

Refund Time

We will process your refund within one business day after our warehouse confirms receipt of the returned package. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Refunds made via credit card or Klarna typically take 5–14 business days to be credited. The exact timing depends on Klarna or the issuing bank’s processing time.
