How to Return?

  • You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order. The return period begins on the delivery date, so your return window will not be affected by shipping time.
  • Please contact us at sales@auteldealer.com to request a return. We will provide you with the appropriate return address or a return shipping label. Items must be returned to the address provided by us in order to be eligible for a refund.
  • Please do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Who pays for the shipping?

  • If the return is due to a product issue (such as damage, defects, malfunction, or receiving the wrong item), please contact us. We will cover the return shipping costs. Supporting photos or videos may be requested to help verify the issue.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (such as dissatisfaction or change of mind), you may request a refund or exchange. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

How and when will I get my money back?

  • Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return conditions, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within one business day using the original payment method.
  • Please allow your payment provider (such as your bank, credit card company, or Klarna) additional time to complete the refund. Processing times may vary depending on the provider.
  • If your return has been delivered but you have not received an update, please feel free to contact us with your tracking information so we can assist you promptly.
  • During public holidays or non-business days, refund processing may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your understanding.

Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong model and would like to exchange it for a different one, please contact us at sales@auteldealer.com and let us know the model you wish to exchange for.

  • If the new model is priced higher than your original order: We will inform you of the price difference. Once confirmed, we will send you a payment link or invoice. After receiving your returned item and payment, we will arrange shipment of the new product.
  • If the new model is priced lower than your original order: We will provide you with the return address. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship the replacement product and issue a refund for the price difference.

Important: The exchange process typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on shipping and processing times. If you need the replacement urgently, you may place a new order for the desired model. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund accordingly.

How can I cancel my order?

  • Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you wish to request a cancellation before it has been shipped.
  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • If the order has already been shipped, you may follow our return policy to return the item for a refund after delivery.
