I have used a lot of scan tools: Matco, Snap-on (Solus and Vantage), other off brand tools and even factory scan tools. For the price this is a great scan tool that offers a lot of capability so far. I have been very pleased with the service Autel provides. They have been easy to contact when I have questions or issues. The tool works quickly and even helps me keep things organized.

Works as described

I didn't want to buy a scanner this expensive but as cars become more dependent on computers this tool is a necessity, as a shade tree mechanic working on many types of vehicles it will pay for itself in a short period of time.
